Return & Refund Policy – KanouGlo


At KanouGlo, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are handcrafted beauty and skincare items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.


However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur during shipping. If your order is damaged upon arrival or does not arrive at all, we will gladly offer a refund under the following conditions:


Refund Eligibility:

    •    Your item arrived damaged (e.g. broken, leaking, or unusable)

    •    Your package was never delivered (confirmed through tracking)


What We Require:

    •    Photo proof of the damaged item and the original packaging (for damaged orders)

    •    A written explanation of the issue

    •    Contact us within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking info)


Please send your refund request with supporting photos to:

Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, an eligible refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Please Note:

    •    We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping addresses.

    •    Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
